In 2006 and 2007 the journal De Weergever published discographies of recordings of street, fair and dance organs issued on 78rpm rcords. Volumes 1 and 2 of 29/2007 contained discographies of dance organs recordings, compiled by Rinyus Blijleven, Jack Jacobs and Tom Meijer.
Although these discographies were fairly complete, some records and titles were still missing. Over the years, additional data were provided by amongst others Alois Broeke, Raymond Messelier and Hans Ripmeester. Using these data, Hans Ripmeester checked the entire list and completed it when possible.
